These pictures were taken in early December in Abilene, TX at the site of the second mining location. I spoke with employees at the store across the street who said work had been going on for several months. I was not allowed to go inside the steel building or go near the containers. If you look at the permits I shared you will see electricity had not yet been installed or connected.

The first picture is of course Google Maps street view.
