Renrui HR Tech Announced FY2023Results Positive Profit Alert Revenue is Expected to Increase No Less than 20.9% YoY to RMB4,400.0 Million with Net Profit Turnaround

[Hong Kong – 5 February 2024]Renrui Human Resources Technology Holdings Limited $RENRUI HR (06919.HK)$ (“Renrui HR Tech” or “the Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, Hong Kong Stock Code: 6919.HK) is pleased to announce that, following the preliminary review of the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("FY2023” or ”the Year”) and the management’s estimate based on the information currently available to the Board, the Group expects to record a revenue of between approximately RMB4,400.0 million and RMB4,600.0 million, representing a year-on-year (“YoY”) increase of approximately 20.9% to 26.4%. The Group recorded a net profit turnaround with an estimated profit attributable to the equity holders between RMB35.0 million and RMB45.0 million (FY2022: a loss of RMB7.3 million). The expected increase in the Group’s revenue and profit was primarily attributable to the rising staffing demand for experienced digital talents across industries resulted from the ongoing industrial digitalization in China, which led to a strong growth in the Group’s digital talent services featuring a relatively high profit margin.
