for instance, Tiong Nam have huge arse liabilities but bank loves to send them more facilities and rated triple A for its scoring.
a person panic over his increased liabilities was mainly due to his static income & the assets does not drive 2x 3x of income and often used for leisure or property that is still waiting for its appreciation. totally different story, financially.
