Rgb International : opportunity to accumulate?

From the its peak at 0.50 early july, rgb has been down to 0.425 on 25th july 24.

Have added my position another 15000 units for several reasons:

1) stochastic has indicated oversold region

2) rsi has dropped below 50 meaning the downward trend is not strong

3) strong support/resistance has always been observed in the 0.40 to 0.42 range

4) strong fundamentals, ROE of 18, dividend yield of 4.7% improving prospects for the gaming industry due to improved inbound tourism to Asean, possible chance of legalise casino in thailand

hence i take this opportunity to further add on to Rgb. current total holdings is 135000 units
