$Rivian Automotive(RIVN.US$ so vw is going to give one billion upfront and purchase 4bn worth of shares which is almost 1/2 the float?? am i enterpreting that correctly?

They will pour 1 billion by the end of the year. THEN, eventually (depending on Rivian’s results) they will invest more.
The only sure thing is a PROMISE to pour ONE billion by the end of the year.
