lafoo OP Rusty Shackleford 1 : you’re right. however, one can hope that that isn’t the case. he wasn’t manipulating the stock, he just likes the stock a dispute like this in court would take years and years to settle. I’d assume that a large majority of the population would also side with roaring kitty if such a thing would happen and as such, feel that the fed wouldn’t want to take that risk to cause riots, damage of reputation, etc. maybe he could just make a video and show his positions and not explicitly say anything too
