$Rocket(RKT.US)$ what a surprisingly great quarter rocket turned out. this is another company that is being ignored pull a four-year chart look where it was when interest rates were lower over $25 they gave a $1 one time special dividend also I don't make sure you remember that was around $22 that day when it was announced and it stock jumped this is the upside for rocket when rates Begin to Fall there's a double in the stock pretty close to it anyways low 20s 22 21 23 somewhere in there rates are not going to go down to the lowest level where they were but they will be reduced 150 basis points over the next 12 to 18 months and rocket will be a benefactor and the stock has an enormous upside.
