Jaguar8 OP Benadryl and Chill : It means the shares will consolidate : for every 12 shares it will convert to 1 share. Conversely, the price at closing will be multiplied to 12 which will essentially not change the value of your shares. HOWEVER, almost always , a stock dips immediately post RS so I don’t hold.
