73372627 Warren Buffed OP : The rule 144 is aplyed because is a part of his work contract. It is plan which NVidia do for all the managerial persons. This is compensation for his work, and according to the rule 144 the employee (in fact the company) will sell those shares.
The rules 144 it is not seasonal is specific to each work contract. Ido not understand why ppls (as your photos) push those things???? To make the ppls to be afraid???? or own interest for shorting or put options???
