Rumor: Intel has placed 3nm orders to TSMC for its next-generation AI chip, Falcon Shores, media report, adding TSMC’s CoWoS will be used for advanced packaging. The final chip design (tape out) has already been completed and production will begin in late 2025. Intel and TSMC both declined to comment on the report.
