$Russell 2000 Index(.RUT.US$ if all the money is coming out of the big caps how come the Russell's negative? 70% of the Russell has no e meaning no earnings. a 50 basis point rate cut isn't going to do anything to the earnings you need a minimum of 150 basis points to 200 basis points so they can refinance that debt and then marginal savings is now real cash that they have saved and that's not going to be happening till at least June of next year
