Russian President Putin announced AI cooperation with BRICS countries to counter the USA's dominance.

On the 11th, Russian President Putin expressed his intention to collaborate on Artificial Intelligence (AI) development with the major emerging countries in the world such as BRICS countries. Challenging the dominance of the USA in the AI field.
At the AI conference held in Moscow, President Putin stated, 'I am convinced that an international alliance in the AI field with BRICS countries and other nations will significantly boost this collaboration,' and declared, 'Today we are starting this alliance.'
According to Russia's largest bank, Sberbank, the new AI alliance includes Russia, India, Brazil, South Africa, and the AI Association of China.
