📈 S&P 500 and Dow Jones post another record high; Nasdaq-100 sees highest close since mid-July

Wall street extended last week’s rally, starting off the week on a high note amid a 15-month low reading for PMI manufacturing activity in the U.S. for August. The S&P 500 gained 0.3% to mark another record high, led by gains in energy and consumer stocks. 8 out of 11 of the S&P sectors closed higher. The Dow Jones posted another record high as well, climbing over 60 points to close higher for a third consecutive day. The Nasdaq-100 rose 0.3%, posting its highest close since mid-July.
