Rockhoundj Jazz Dancer OP : Selling shares that will increase the float is the dilution. For example is you have 10 shares at 2.00 and then you have 20 shares. Each share is now worth 1.00. (Half as much).
That’s a simple explanation. It gets more complicated
Jazz Dancer OP Rockhoundj : okay thank you! Just checked the stock now and found that the free float is much bigger now. the free float was 340k , now it is 840k. I won't trade this stock in the future because I think it will be worse than it was

It’s still a small float and so easily manipulated and volatile.
