AirDreams OP : It's definitely a pre-market pump on the news. Shorts will need to cover so the SEC will halt it several times to give them enough time to borrow high and drive it back down to the current resistance level (at minimum).Let's see if it will rebound and close strong. The company obviously has a plan or they wouldn't have pulled the offering.
