Warren E Buffett : *sighs* no, the circuit breakers are doing exactly what they are designed to do, they temper, irrational market moves. Nothing is being manipulated by anyone it’s literally a computer that has been programmed to do. if we didn’t have controls like this, the entire backbone of the financial system would fall apart, which I’m sure a bunch of apes will cheer and Nash their teeth and support but trust me you don’t the bank system collapses.
