Scam?
Heard that this company sell private shares before listing but non of the investor receive the shares…wonder if whether management is a scam but why no people accused them?

104182877 : The company listed thru SPAC, and I think management been selling off tons of share after the announcement of Energem acquire Graphjet thru SPAC. And management of Graphjet been selling off tons of shares. But I think mostly is issue with the De-SPAC share exchange , no one seems to get any shares.
