number one I wouldn't believe anything that somebody posts directly like that I'd want to verify it. so what I would do is I would take that CEO's name that's in this article and I would go to the state where the first company was registered to do business and I would go to the Secretary of State corporations division. it's absolutely free and once you know the state you type in Secretary of State corporations division and it'll say do you want to search .. and you can search by the person's name or the business's name so I'd look up by the person's name and see businesses that he found it that he started they're probably not licensed their rescinded at this point but you can at least see first hand if he was affiliated or associated with the actual company as this article says. I will tell you in my dealings I've known a lot of people that have done reverse mergers and shell companies and some were good people and some were slime balls that were just out for self enrichment and they didn't give a rat's ass who they screwed along the way. so do the due diligence. then what I would do is I would do a search to see if he has anybody suing him personally. you'll be able to get a pretty good field by just doing these two things if this guy has a long laundry list of problems behind them it really goes against the character of the person and it makes you question why would it be any different this time.

I only saw the picture after I wrote what I said I clicked on and I read it.. really makes the hairs on your back of your next stand up. a long time ago when I was a stockbroker I relocated and the first night I went out to dinner I was invited by some friends and I sat at a table where there was an investment banker and let's call him Steve and there was a another gentleman who was very very wealthy let's call him David and then there was another individual who was a CEO of a company called centennial Technologies let's call him Emanuel Pinez. and I was the new guy as a guest sitting at this dinner table listening to this group of people completely set up a fraudulent company they were publicly traded on the NASDAQ everything was a total scam. the warehouse was a scam the inventory was a scam they said that they were receiving orders for manufacturing from Intel. and they ran this stock from a few dollars way the hell up and the people that were at that table and people that invested in it made millions of dollars some tens of millions. I never bought a share of it for myself or any of my clients because to me that's it's bad business it's bad karma to do things that way. the CEO wound up in jail the other individual David he ultimately died in prison.

I would be very very cautious about this company in this article there's things that you can do if you really wanted to go the extra mile look to see if they're hiring I'd pay somebody to go in for a job interview I pay somebody to go look inside the windows of where they're manufacturing facility is supposed to be you know I'd pay an Uber driver to deliver food , walk inside this place or pay a Domino's Pizza person and take pictures. so it's all a matter of how much time you want to spend and what your time is worth. for me I got better things to do in my life.. but if you find there's fraud you got a dead short and if they have options you're going to make a fortune and then you contact the SEC and the nasd and you provide them everything that you got and then you contact local news Dow Jones Reuters go online let the world know and that stock goes to zero.

As far as I know, quantum computing is eating up billions of dollars by the likes of Google and IBM research…. if QUBT is such a leading edge quantum computing company, easily acquired by one of the big boys for 10X…. what say us??
