Scammed Investors - Pls stay calm and read this!
i am also one of the investors who got scammed by the scammers on 01069. I’ve read negative comments on this stock and would like to address some of them from my research and also having spoken twice to HKEX who oversees this stock.
1. Bozza Development is a legit company and is not a scam company - this company happened to be a target for scammers and some of us happened to be victims. A public listed company is subjected to heavy penalties by SFC if they try to falsify their reports
2. Acquisition news is legit and the reason why HKEX suspended the trading upon their request. i asked HKEX at that point of time before the 9/11 announcement whether there is a possibility that the company is in trouble and that’s why its suspended - she said this is unlikely because acquisition is the main reason why its halted. Again its a public listed company and will face heavy penalties if they falsify any report
3. Morningstar gave this stock a fair value at HKD 2.01 - this is shared by a fellow investor who have access to professional analyst report and I am also attaching the screenshot here. Looks like professional analysts thinks that this stock has a positve outlook (esp now with the acquisition announcement). I would expect that more analysts may share more about this stock outlook esp with the recent announcment of the acquisition in the coming weeks. So if you keep calm it may just be a good investment after all!
4. Restructuring at the board level and strategic alliance shows that the company is doing their best to turnaround the business. i would encourage you to review all the official announcements from Bozza either on HKEX website (search for the stock code) or posted on MooMoo to understand what the company has been trying to do to turnaround the business.
5. Scam Operators may not have fully gotten rid of the stock before the suspension. The stock only plummet during the last 5-10mins before the close of HKEX - and then it was suspended till Sep 11 (it actually came back up from below $1 to $1.41 at close!). While I try to avoid speculation, I don’t think its possible to sell the stock fully within the 5-10mins before close - so scammers may still have an interest on this stock (note that this is just my opinion)
In summary, Bozza is a legit company and making every effort to turn the company around with the recent restructuring and strategic alliances. I would encourage you to consider some of my findings, do your research, keep calm and give yourself and Bozza Stock another chance. What the devil (scammers) may meant it for evil, God may just turn it around for good (with huge lessons learnt from this saga)

73015995 Lorenzo99 : I agrée on everything except that the stock fell because of hou Huang. That’s not true. Look at when she actually sold her shares. She sold some everyday during the first week of the pump. She had sold everything 2-3 days before the dump. The price did not fell because of her but only because of the scammers dumping their shares bought at low price.
