$Scilex Holding (SCLX.US)$ I have been researching, they do turnover money but a huge loss and borrow/raise capital. I know drugs take a while to get to market and business get profitable but read this:
"As of June 30, 2024, the Company's negative working capital was $205.0million, including cash and cash equivalents of approximately$6.9million. During the six months ended June 30, 2024, the Company had operating losses of $35.1million and cash flows received from operations of $11.7million. The Company had an accumulated deficit of $552.2million as of June 30, 2024."
They recently took out a massive loans of sorts, a lot of stock is held by insiders and institutions inc a hedge fund, Forecast price is $5.50
Up to you what you do but in my humble experience the upside of the stock in the near term is similar to many other stocks who do have postive cash flow and no debt.... if this collapses it will be like dominoes, on the other hand is it the big holders know the future?
