This is off the offcial nasdaq website. So who the fuck is lying. Also if this merger actually happend the price action hasnt reflected that at all. Also sci sparc is 72 million in debt. So how the hell are they able to give loans out to auto max. Smell like rotten fish , Hate to say it but i think this company is trying to steal the last bit of revenue from the people before it gets delisted next month if they cant keep the price above $1 for 10 consecutive days.
