  • Wind_Storm : To prevent dilution of the common share price. In a down market maintaining a consistent share price is better than a declining one.

  • BadDuck74 : IMO the funding on these types of plays usually by the house that has the biggest short looking to cover at discount to market with not enough shares to borrow on the CM markets. There forced to always strike a deal with the company who is desperate. In this case the company may have used this scenario to catch some individual or fund off side they will now be forced to chase this to cover or to up there financing to the company to cover before getting buried. This imo has very good chance of ripping past 2.50 today. 🎲🎲🎲🎰🎰🎰
