Shootingstar OP jeng81 : I've been around and know if Singapore does not need manufacturing to export for gdp sake this is the only industry they will keep and the causeway will be a ghost town. there's a reason mfg is concentrated in the extreme west and north. in the extreme east we have airport and the south we have seaport. And in the center we have institutions doing huge order spikes with customers money to make their own salary.
