$Seatrium Ltd(5E2.SG$ u guys really think this company still got hope!!! keppel gives me some share of this worth 22k, I sold them all half a year ago, I don't want to take the risk. not only that I sold keppel as well because I actually not agree that keppel merges with semborp marine, they should have let semborp marine go, it doesn't worth to save

102279718OP : keppel offshore is a competitor to semborp marines, if semborp marine went busted, it benefited keppel, I dun see any reason to merge with semborp as keppel can grab its market share and yet no obligation to its debt. that's should be the way to do if follow the principle of capitalism. as a shareholder of keppel, I don't need put on the burden of an almost die company just because the largest shareholder temesek wants to save job for the dying company. before I decided to buy keppel share many years ago, I actually screen through both companies, and I feel keppel has a much healthier financial report as compare to semborp marines, that time semborp already has debt equity ratio over 100 percent. keppel not get rid of Seatrium, actually it used its valuable sub offshore to merge with semborp marine, that's the reason why I got its share, and keppel lost its valuable asset in return of some junk Seatrium shares
