73497473 Surf Bento : LMDX latest financial accounts for year 2022 . The say after Roche initial purchase of parts of the company , may lead to a merger. HMRC/CMA then moved very quickly in asking for any parties to object if they needed to do a anti trust / competition issue before the June 3rd. Well they havent waited for June 3rd and gone straight to a phase 1 and will make a decision if it's not harming the market or antitrust laws and will by the latest make a decision by July 17th. So if no complaints then this is being rushed through , of there is a complaint we find out who the other party is after the other parts of LumiraDx...
