$SENSETIME-W(00020.HK$ placed 1.673 billion new Class B shares at $1.2 per share, a 9.1% discount from the previous closing price of $1.32. This represents about 6.06% of the enlarged Class B shares and 4.76% of the total issued shares.
The placement is expected to raise net proceeds of $1.995 billion. Funds will be used to expand the SenseCore AI infrastructure, support generative AI development, and for general working capital.
