S&P to close in to 7,000pts around mid-2025. interesting he mentioned cash on the sidelines many previous times because he will know better since his team helps investors deploy their cash.

January is the best entry point for a new investor, unless he wants to stick around till mid-2025 just to be sure or wait till 2026.
