SG late PM, Lee Kuan Yew humour on clean energy

I am thinking if country A produces cheap oil and wants to sell to country B but county B also produces oil but it is expensive, will country B stop importing country A oil and using its own producers oil becoz it is made local ??

hahaha...Just kidding any right mind will buy from the country A and not used it own...
