Poop Turtle : U read the general articles that published. A lot of discussion on this.. Sgx and mas even propose using Temasek fund to buy local stock to boost the liquidity. A lot factors at play. US is doing T+1 are we going follow. Also compliance issues, are we going to loosen the requirements. Here the stock move up by 10% and big trading volume. Must report is the management aware of any material information. ADR listing etc. so many area and the easy access in buying oversea stock
