With out some type of catalyst? At this point I’m afraid it won’t! There is always a chance of a R/S pop when they announce it? Or the day before! But yes i believe it will need some catalyst? But that could still happen. Another contract. I haven’t lost all hope. Although shorts are a scourge!

I don’t think so! I believe they actually requested the hearing? If i remember the filing correctly, the day they had to request by or be delisted has already passed? So for them to still be here they had to of asked for the hearing? Im going to see what I can find when I get a bit of time here soon!

Yeah July 16 / yesterday was the deadline! They said they were appealing! If they didn’t? We will know tomorrow or Friday because it will be on the OTC market! But I don’t think that’s going to happen. I could be wrong but the company has way to much going for it over the last 10 months to let that happen! At least to me that’s how I see it! If it wasn’t for shorts? This would be at least 3.00/5.00 PS
