$SHK PPT (00016.HK)$ Performance was shit, new properties look good but management of it just very mediocre, just do things that are easy but not do things that are right. Do easy switch it on/off and assume things will be okay, instead of really deep dive into the area and check out what we're wrong with the premises. So same old school way of doing things. Returns on investment and equity are bad too. No eye sees.
