shopee can just provide the reasons that it's own delivery service has better integration with it's e-commerce services to provide easier tracking and customer service instead of relying on 3rd party vendor delivery and tracking system. Also that when item is lost, 3rd party delivery provider doesn't want to take accountability, so it has no choice but to provide delivery and have control and oversight over logistics. paladinsir OP Inhumane : It is quite common for ecommerce platforms to use their own delivery, e.g Amazon uses its Amazon delivery, Alibaba uses Cainiao, Qoo10 uses Qoo Express.
