This fear selling is a short sellers paradise! I don't think the news was bad, as it gave sbfm the solution to not be delisted. But you never know this could of been their plan from the start. ![]()

The_Chef OP : Maybe, but it sounds like the cashless warrants are the main problem right now. Sounds like any solution that SBFM decides on has to involve eliminating the cashless warrants or adjusting them were they don't let warrant holders have a 100 to 1 profit. Its all in SBFM's court right now.

The_Chef OP 102765799 : Me too! They need to respond at the latest by Monday with a press release with what their plan is at the latest. Best case scenerio would be they end the cashless warrants, and get a 180 days to get their prices back in order. Worse case, they let the delisting happen.
Everything is speculation right now, but considering that the CEO and the lot of them have stocks, I wouldn't imagine that they want to lose that money. NFA
