Milk This Cow : imo, anytime because his stock has been consistent and have good track record. Just make sure you don't "go all on", that will be hard to DCA. let's say my mom have been in Walmart for 20 years, invested 15 years ago. she puts in $200 per pay check and it keeps growing. but don't listen to me though. I'm just a nobody lol
