10baggerbamm : AMC is dogshit also between the reverse splits the offerings diluting people shareholders you it's down 99%. they missed earnings movie theaters are basically antiquated they had a surge post covid because people wanted to get the fuck out with the reality is movie theaters are no different than a shopping mall at this point in today's society because you can buy an 85-in TV for $700 you can buy 100 inch TV for $2,500 why the fuck do you want to go to a movie theater at this point.

10baggerbamm Woodsy : it is it's a nice night out I'm not going to say differently. and to be quite Frank a long time ago probably before 99% of everybody on this forum was born I work at a movie theater and I did everything I was an usher I took the tickets I worked in the concessions I sold the tickets and it was a great job I watch Beverly hills cop 150 160 times me and my buddies at work there we could go through the whole damn movie I'd live in every single solitary line same with nightmare on elm Street the original one so movies are a great time they truly are what I'm saying is is that technology has changed and it affords the average person to buy a really nice large screen TV a thousand bucks let's just call it for an 85 inch 90 inch TV and couple hundred bucks for surround sound you've got most of the experience at a movie theater in the convenience of your home.. so again you're right it is fun it's a lot of fun going to a movie but from a business perspective it's dying it's a dying industry and actors I mean let's be realistic courtesy of Nvidia they're not going to be acting anymore they're going to do duplicate copies Sims of themselves they're going to sell their image to anybody that wants to make a movie they like and they get paid as if they were the one doing the acting that's what's coming it's here and you're never going to be able to tell the difference in 2 to 3 years
