It’s really up to you. If you have somewhere better to grow your money after selling, then you may want to sell. If not this stock has way more upside than downside, so you may want to hold on and collect dividends in the meantime.

When it comes to share price falling, you’ll need to set a stop loss price of around 10 - 15%. So at a buy price of 1.71, you should sell at around 1.45 to 1.50. Personally, it’s a pity if you sell now cos the price is near rock bottom already. Keep and collect dividends. Even if the price doesn’t go up in 5 years (which is highly unlikely), you will make back your loss in about 5 years through dividends. But I really believe the worst times are over for REITs, once the interest rate easing cycle starts, REITs will rally. Be patient and reap the rewards.
