Hi, my personal opinion is not to buy now. The price has been driven too high. Just a couple of weeks ago, it was around 33.50. Even factoring in the dividends, this price is too high already. The moment some big player starts to take profits, the price will spiral downwards and it’ll be a domino effect. When the price falls, those that bought low will also sell to take profits for fear of it going back to 33.xx and those that bought at 34.80 upwards may sell to cut losses.

Let me add on some points other than the ones above.
The one above tell you not to buy. So I'll give some reasons why you should buy.
Yes price is high but for a bank stock such as DBS/OCBC/UOB, if you're here for dividends, the only good time to buy is now. Because they will continue to rise regardless.
But if you're here for short-selling, then wait for price to drop.
