DRC11 : I would think SIA is one of the safest airline but I personally prefer ANA when flying to Japan & Emirates to Europe for personal trips.
SIA is rather superficially overrated to us local nationality cos it's service is catered more friendly and wonderful towards foreigners.
I only choose SIA for work trip cos it's company corporate account.
Food / meals standard drops and overpriced on the tickets.
Sorry my honest opinion, I know u are no 1 top fan.

TWP PaPa OP ZTgc : Tay Tay is the best marketing for Art and culture hub and tourist influx so SG double up T5 building, long term buyers are not too worried about up and down. They just carry on as planned.
