102839449 OP NyC SK : Both, I have a portion I sell to realize profit and then buy back again when it is lower, and another portion I do not touch at all to just get dividends. Debating whether to increase the dividend portion now tho. 25 years to retirement.
temu jin : need to hold at least 25 lots for dividend to make it worthwhile on getting a passive income for retirement. capital gain for 2 years down the road is positive & may near 50% ROI.
