It's marvellous, on 20/7/2024, 12:09pm, mothership broadcast that Changi Airport Check-in operations back to normal for most affected airlines after Global IT shutdown.
About 24 hours after Global IT outage hit most of the World Leading Airlines, Banking and Hospital IT systems, again Singapore emerged first in handling one of the worst IT outage within 24 hours while other countries may take as long as 1 week or so.
This has proven that Singapore is very capable and are well prepared for any major crisis or black swan event that may arise from time to time.
Do have trust with Singapore and most importantly, our SIA. We had handled 3 major events very well, namely Covid-19, Air Turbulence, IT outages. Our Iron Eagle will continue to fly sky high.
