再世孔明 OP 102635473 : My opinion is fuel cost is 1 most important component to profitability. And if they can’t do their job, then bonus should be cut. Otherwise there’s no accountability. Just hedge, win or lose just let the shareholders and passengers make up the difference.
Otherwise, I believe many would love to have that job.
