CiaoBella SG : if there is no intention of selling the house, look for similar size tiles to replace the crack tiles. Colour will be different due to age.
alternatively, maybe consider to remove the tiles completely as more tiles will drop / loosen over time.

CiaoBella SG Cui Nyonya Kueh OP : my parents have the same exact problem. the HDB is about 39 years old. we replaced about 20 pcs of the cracked / fallen tiles about 10 years back but more old tiles continue to fall over the years. we did a renovation 2 years back, took out all the tiles, even the wall and paint over it. u asked 2 years ago, I can give u the tiles which were removed.
