Since the Nikkei average has broken through 10,000 yen, what

Every time it hits a record high or breaks through 40,000 yen, it becomes news.
What does this mean for individuals who are investing?
In conclusion, I don't think “it has any particular significance.”
Or rather, “let's allocate assets in such a way that what happens to the Nikkei Average does not have a particularly important meaning.”
For example, I've never been concerned about “what is going on with the average stock price in the Netherlands.”
Why did I have to worry about it being in Japan.
It would be interesting if there were many positions in indices linked to the Nikkei Average or individual Japanese stocks.
I think the cost of “worrying” about that is too high.
There is a saying, “The person who made the most money from investing was the person who forgot to invest (or the person who died),” but it is important to lower the “cost to worry about” as much as possible beyond making money and not making money.
If “investing is a job” or “investing is a hobby,” it is reasonable to spend money, but for many people, investing is not like that.
While focusing on working hard on your own life, maintaining your life, and creating a satisfying life, investing is one way to generate the money you need, isn't it?
It's called “r > g,” but isn't even 100 million yen of investment capital insufficient for this formula to work as an individual?
If the yield is 5%, it's 5 million yen per year, and 4 million yen after tax, so it's “r < g” for many people.
As we focus on the factor of money, investment is a very important means, but how to raise income obtained as compensation for labor is more important.
As a result, it also leads to an increase in the amount of money that can be used for investment, and of course it is fine to use the increased money for something other than investment.
Going forward, I think news about what happened to the Nikkei Average will also come into contact with information that is important to me.
I want to be able to take it with a “hmm” level of tension as information that “doesn't have a particularly important meaning” for me.
