$Singtel (Z74.SG)$ has hit the lower end of my short-term target price of 3.30-3.50, much faster than I expected, hitting 5 years high. It may consolidate at the 3.20-3.30 for a while before attempting the 3.50 psychological level this year. I am still expecting it to attempt the 4.00 level next year, which will be close to 8 years high.
