$Singtel (Z74.SG)$ I maybe outdated but Section 403 of Singapore companies act stated that a company can only declare and pay dividends out of it's profits. If the company has made a financial loss, it cannot declare any dividends. Should I call cpib and mas to verify this to protect innocent investors?
