Isn't it a little too late to start operation in 2028? I also feel that the supply of AI semiconductors was already widespread by that time.

I've heard opinions from investors that I usually refer to that the AI bubble will burst from 2026 to 2027, and the statement was based on that assumption, but the decision isn't good!
I will continue to be aware that the season to be careful will arrive around the end of 2025, but that's just one possibility.
It was an opportunity for me to think flexibly, so I'm not a jerk
