Gan John : Being trapped is normal in the stock market. It will create false rises
to trap buyers, then slowly let the price drop 
and buy back stocks at a Low Stock Price.
Gan John : Otherwise, why would other companies always strive to go public, there must be a reason. Unless you have a lot of extra money to compete with it to the end!
