Skydance under paid for Paramount Global
1) why non voting shareholders dont need vote when there will be a price gap between voting and non voting shares.
2) why using usd11 as undisturb price when share price was intentionally surpress by short sellers? should use 1 year averags of usd13.50 minimum, at least offer price is in a range of 17 instead of 15.
Hope those majority shareholders dont sell any shares. skydance should own only 1/3 of the company instead of 2/3 of the company.
