Small but compact
$MKHOP (5319.MY)$ this company is literally in smaller scale interm of the size but it strategically location in east kalimantan flat land is a adding point . it can produce optimal ffb compare to those in malaysia . base on their past 3 months data is quite healthy n steady on the production . company has no issue on transportation delay as they have their own personal jetty to transport their goods . in my pov this company is good to play safe in capex especially the market is quite volatile at the moment ,just waiting for the right time to expend and the best part is , it is a net cash company .
