SMCI might be back to Square even NVDA beats Estimates‼️‼️‼️
Guys, I mean I’m not really a short seller but when you saw anything like this during Pre Market, there is a chance of swing trade‼️
$Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US)$ When Hindenburg released a report yesterday regarding SMCI Accounting Potential Manipulation, you had to be aware of it‼️ Don’t try to catch the falling knife at least until CEO announces something against it but you know what…Today SMCI announced that they are going to delay their Financial Report for the Next Quarter😏 means something fishy is behind the scene, therefore I went to short SMCI‼️ In my opinion, even if $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ beat estimates, SMCI would just have a slightly rebound and then drop again as the fundamental has been damaged tremendously due to Potential Accounting Manipulation 🥲
What’s my Plan⁉️
Since NVDA Earning is tonight, so I would take profit with my 15% short on half of my SMCI position while remains half just as a hedge if NVDA Earning or Guidance goes wrong 🆘 since I have NVDA and $Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ in my portfolio🎲
The reason is simple:
✅ NVDA beat Estimates, SMCI can’t go up easily as the bad news is there‼️
✅ But if NVDA misses Estimates, SMCI would drop another 10-20% tomorrow😏
